Jody Caldwell 2
I have created some custom visualizations, but I do not see the "Properties" icon in the WebPlayer, but I do see it fornative visualizations. Before I dig deeper into my investigations about what might have gone wrong, I want to make sure that properties is supported for non-native visualizations when using the WebPlayer. Kirsten Smith (she/her)
Check to make sure you have selected 'Editing' instead of 'Viewing' with the drop-down menu in the upper right hand corner.
Jody Caldwell 2
I do have editing enabled, but your answer suggests that this should be possible (and not a limitation of the WebPlayer), so I am re-investigating how i've wired up the Models to the Views in our WebPlayer add-in component. Looks like i might be missing one, so I'll double check and re-deploy to see if that fixed it. Thanks!

Jody Caldwell
The answer: Properties for Custom Visualization are not available in the WebPlayer. In fact, it looks like the PromptService is not available in a Custom Visualization in the WebPlayer no matter where you try.
Jody Caldwell
Update - this isn't currently supported. That is, the gear icon for custom visualizations is not displayed in the WebPlayer no matter what.
