How to disable drop-down list by some condition

Hi all,

I have two drop-down lists : [year] and [month], I am trying to disable [month] when [year] is null or empty, so thatuser can't click onto [month] when [year] is not selected.

Is there any way to set condition and disable the spotfire property control
