Create userinput using Text area and writeback to mssql database

Hi

I have conencted to mssql server and imported multiple tables. I want to create a text area where user can the table of interest and it will display the list of columns with options for user input. User will input the details and click submit. After clicking submit it should updatet the required table in database.

I am referring https://spotfired.blogspot.com/2014/04/write-back-to-database-from-spotf... but couldn'tuse it. I am very begineer to spotfire specailly text area and iron functionallity.

Please help to share detailed and stepwise procedure.
