Cannot reach Spotfire webplayer

We are not able to reach the spoftire webplayer URL from our Application, and it randomly works, how ever we are able to access the webplayer link separately. please help us on this issue.

Could you explain a bit more what you are trying to do What is your application you are trying to open Spotfire webplayer from

 

Did you check the logs of your application As it seems, the issue looks related to your application rather than a Spotfire issue. Maybe the timeout settings should be increased when it comes to connectivity
