Long Time spent on 'handling compatibility' when opening desktop SF 10.10

My files take over 10mins to open and are stuck on 'Handling capability' Does anyone else have this issue or know the cause

DateTime;String;String;TimeSpan;

2021-06-28 12:32:55.268;;Loading document;;

2021-06-28 12:34:24.727;;Handling compatibility;;

2021-06-28 12:43:45.449;;Loading embedded data...;;

I am using a desktop version 10.10.

Hello Tammy,

 

If this analysis was created/last saved in a previous version, have you tested re-saving the analysis in your current 10.10 version If it still takes a long time to open after that, I would suggest opening a case with customer support (on the TIBCO Support portal - https://support.tibco.com/).
