Difference between columns according to each row in cross table

Hi All,

After a lot of searching solution - couldn't find what i need.

i want to make 2 new columns:

1. the first column - second column (max - min) --> (24 - 52)

2. the third column - fourth colimn (max - min) --> (61 - 85)

but per line - fim 0 die 0, fim 0 die 1 and so on.

how can i write the custom expression to make it
