double byte characters in Configuration Block

I read the instruction of "Create a Configuration Block in TIBCO Spotfire" and try to use own site.

I 'm Japanese and we use Japanese charcters in column name or values.

I only use the single byte characters in column and values, it look fine. But It didn'twork well when I used double byte characters.

Of course I used encoded codefor double byte charcters.

Could you tell me about how to treate double byte charcters in Configuration Blocks
