Adding Columns from Table B to Table A with Matched Columns Doesn't Display New Data from Table B

As I add new columns from Table B to Table A, I match the tables via their dates. Hence, there are columns that match perfectly. However, when I match the two, the newly added data from Table B doesn't show up in Table A. I don't know why this is happening

Can you please verify that both columns have the same format What is it Date, Date Time, String

 

What kind of join are you performing Left outer

 

Can you share some sample data
