Filtering based on graph

I have a page with a bar graph & a data table. Based on the the bar selected I only need to display the records associated to the bar selected. By default spotfire highlights the records associated to the bar but I only need to display the records associated to the bar. This should change when a new bar is selected.

I am new to Spotifre, I am sure this is an simple request with an easy solution. I appreciate your help.

Right click on the bar chart and select 'Create details visualization', and select Table. (Delete your existing table visualization). This will create a table that is only populated by the records in the bar you select.
