Spotfire Cloud - unable to run a custom query

can anyone help me to solve this issue

my custom query run well in the Analyst(local).But, when i publish the report in the cloud server, i get an error that said that my custom query is not trusted.

I've tried this solution

Error "The CustomQuery: 'QueryName' was not allowed to execute because it is not trusted" in TIBCO Spotfire

but the problem still persists.

can anyone help me

Custom queries are not allowed in our hosted Spotfire Cloud web player, there is no mechanism in place to trust them. They can only be run locally.
