How to make status bar showing columns number hide but reveal the pages at the same time in webplayer

I know we can hide the status bar totally by change the config file likehttps://community.spotfire.com/questions/hide-menu-bar-spotfire-10

Is there any method to change only the right part showing the columns number and meanwhile showing the pages as wide as possible, like

when it is necessity to show the columns number information, just click for showing otherwise it keeps minimization and hide.

It is about the menu bar, which is similar to the status bar in hiding it for users (completely or not at all). But there is an answer/posting to the idea, that may give you a hint how you could remove certain parts of the status bar. The code itself is for the menu bar, but could be reused for the status bar as well.
