Mohd faizal Adris
Hi, I have an expression something like this where I need to return max [c_Goal] based on the 3 specified parameters. max([c_Goal]) over (Intersect([C_Fiscal Year]="FQ1'21",[sITE]="CN",[KPI]="Car"))This expression seems wrong and makes me stuck to solve this expression. Pls help me out. Thanks!
Paul Shumaker
This expression would only return a value when your conditions are met, and would be NULL everywhere else: CASE WHEN [C_Fiscal Year]="FQ1'21" AND [sITE]="CN" AND [KPI]="Car" THEN max([c_Goal]) over intersect([C_Fiscal Year], [sITE], [KPI]) END
Fabian Duerr
Don't put any Boolean expressions in your over statement. If you only want to evaluate for this certain condition please use p.shu's approach. Otherwise you could do: max([c_Goal]) over ([C_Fiscal Year],[sITE],[KPI])) and then filter to your condtiton. Or simply use a cross table. But it all depends on your requirements. Do you just need the value in a dash board Do you need it as a calcuted column .. Please clarify if you need further support.
