Alternatives to inserting AD group id into "Library Items" table on Spotfire Server

A immense change in the domain of users and AD groups have put us in the position of replacing all existing Library accesses with new AD groups and users, which will be added with same name but with a different domain. Are there alternatives to the manual approach of changing folder accesses one by one Also, if the changes are made to Spotfire Server DB Library Items table, the new AD group ID's inserted should help to stream line the process and avoid any misses.
