It was unpublished because the author cut and pasted the content from a Google Docs File. This creates links back into the users Google Drive for the images. When the author left TIBCO, she deleted the google doc and emptied her Drive trash, which destroyed all of the images. This page was quite decimated, so I unpublished it. We now print a green warning message when someone saves a doc with refs to external images.
