Is there a way to delay the application of the filter selections in the Data Table so that you could select multiple filters and then "Apply"

Because Data Table filters act immediately when selected, the actual filtering process is extremely slow and painful when working with a very large dataset. The problem is compounded when you need to use multiple filters.

Is there a way to delay the application of the filter selections so that you could select multiple filters and then "Apply" Alternatively, is there a way to save Data Table filter selections

If not, it seems like it would be nice to add an option to make multiple filter selections and then apply in one step; something like shown in the attachment.
