Iam getting the following error while opening data frominformation link .

Error message: Could not open information link.

from the first line - my guess is that the Information LinksData Source might have changed

Test it by:

1) Open Info Designer in spotfire

2) right click info link and do a validate - see if it throws an error.

3) if your info link is ok... then your analysis may be corrupt which would suck!

Sorry - not alot of help... can help troubleshoot info link tho if it turns out yoru validation throws something back.

Did you manage to find the issue

I have a similar problem. When i validate the link i do not get any warnings or errors. when I run the sql generated directly to the database, i get the result.I am also able to validate the datasource with no errors

I assume the probelm is with the data source but I am not sure how to identify the problem.
