    The main goal of the solution is to provide an end-to-end solution for well crews and engineers to examine and monitor the real-time completion data (streamed live from the wellpad) and also to perform some data analysis tasks.

    Summary and Objective

    We worked on this solution along with TIBCO partner Rivitt, the main goal of the solution is to provide an end-to-end solution for well crews and engineers to examine and monitor the real-time completion data (streamed live from the wellpad) and also to perform some data analysis tasks. In this solution Rivitt will perform the data collection from the wellpad sensors, aggregating it and connecting it to TIBCO data streams, where we connect to that resource from Spotfire. We also have TDV data source in order to write data back from the Spotfire dashboard.

    Treatment Plot (Live)

    Shows a live view of the treatment plot in addition to the current operation's important parameters and activity. It also uses some conditional bases ruling to predict the current operation and which well is currently dbeing worked on. The treatment plot can be coupled with further features to detect any anomalies or unexpected behavior. 

    Wireline and Coiled Tubing

    Shows the Wireline jobs history on the wellpad in addition to the Coiled tubing jobs. Different data sources can be connected on these pages which enables the user to present the data from different service providers. Users can also explore any historical data for a specific job.

    Pad Metrics

    A cost and time analysis per well and per stage over time, this section provides a clear comparison across the wells and within one well. It also gives a summary of resource utilization.

    Stimulation Response 

    We used some unsupervised learning here performed using TDS to provide an estimate for the formation breakdown pressure and shut-in pressure.

    Wellbore Activity Visualizer

    Using visualization mods, the user can explore the locations and times of wellbore activities. Charges and plugs can easily be located in depth and time domain.

    Summary Video

    This demo can also be automated to send daily reports, interact with other communication tools (i.e. Slack, Zoom), and send some condition-based alarms. Here is a narrated clip that shows the demo in action.
