TIBCO Spotfire 7.14.x

TS_7.14.0.42 HF-003: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.14.x (Released: October 24, 2018)

• TS-57480 - Tiled WMS requests were not being cached by the browser causing lags in case the WMS server was slow or network connection was slow.
• TS-57501 - PDF export did not take custom visualization area size into account.
• TS-57620 - Web Player is restarted if exception occur when exporting to PDF.
• TS-57659 - Crash when adding transformation to data imported from a cube.
• TS-57692 - ProjectionList.zip file was not updated with CRS description. Any search by description was returning no match.
• TS-57765 - Not possible to click OK in the Views in Connection dialog while the source tables are loading.
• TS-57821 - Update bundled TERR engine to 4.5.0.
• TS-57839 - Some iframe objects (such as pdf documents) embedded in WebPagePanel not visible after upgrade.
• TS-57850 - Preferences set in 7.8 would be reset to their default values in later versions.
• TS-57853 - Adding a data table from a custom tool would ignore the preference to manage filters manually and always create filters for the table.
• TSDC-5051 - Composite connector with NTLM authentication displayed system tables instead of tables for selected data source.
• TSDC-5064 - Using MySql 8, adding a table with a primary key defined would fail showing an error.

TS_7.14.0.40 HF-002: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.14.x (Released: September 26, 2018)

• TS-56665 - Using Open From Custom Data Source would ignore setting not to create filters.
• TS-56715 - Customized styling could sometimes become corrupted, leaving no styling at all.
• TS-56718 - Opening Excel files on machines with Region/Format set to European English(XYZ) formats does not work
• TS-56857 - Legend was not displayed for the Map Chart if it contained a large number of layers (over 130 layers).
• TS-56971 - Tibco Spotfire Analyst may terminate when changing axis currency formatting when using custom cultures or English (World) on windows 10.
• TS-56973 - Switching between different outputparameters in the data functions ui caused new columns to be added on execution even if replace existing columns was selected.
• TS-57109 - Not possible to save or load dxp files with custom extensions that serialized HashSets.

TS_7.13.0.60 HF-002: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.13.x (Released: September 04, 2018)

• TS-56419 - Export tools and download of dxp files from the web player may fail if the desired filename contains certain characters.
• TS-56426 - Text is garbled for certain characters in multiple places in the UI for non-English languages.
• TS-56536 - Unsupported installed culture may cause Spotfire to terminate.
• TS-56542 - Crash in specific custom visualization when opening a specific document.
• TS-56664 - Using Open From Custom Data Source would ignore setting not to create filters.
• TS-56343 - Tile markers are rendered incorrectly if topmost marker layer has zero x or y data range.
• TSDC-4890 - Importing SSAS data in analyses created before 7.10.1 times out (The generated MDX was using sub-cubes but is no longer generating sub-cubes).
• TSDC-4926 - Connecting to an Oracle database which contains stored procedures with undefined argument argument types or direction causes the Views in Connection dialog to crash.

• TS-56254 - Marking in KpiChart depends on the time axis.
• TS-55681 - Visualization does not always updates after refresh is done via Python script.

• TS-55588 - Export of CustomVisualView resulted in wrong image (setBusy directive was ignored)
• TS-55591 - Bad query generated for on-demand when limiting data by active filtering.
• TS-55649 - Untiled WMS layers were not shown on the Map Chart and in the Export Preview
• TSDC-4787 - Cannot use non-ssl MySQL data base with newer driver (version 8.0.8 and later).

TS_7.12.0.62 HF-003: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.12.x (Released: May 25, 2018)

• TS-55569 - When using Kerberos with mixed mode, some functionality may sometimes not work as intended.

TS_7.12.0.61 HF-002: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.12.x (Released: May 24, 2018)

• TS-55392 - Export to PDF (and generating preview) times out if text-area contains miniature visualization (Icon or Bullet Graph) and the resulting value of the visualization is empty.
• TS-55386 - Fixed issue with background images in text areas on Internet Explorer.
• TSDC-4768 - Essbase Connector: Added setting in the Advanced tab of the connection dialog to avoid the "The aggregation would be based on an Essbase formula that is not guaranteed to be additive." error.

TS_7.12.0.59 HF-001: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.12.x (Released: April 18, 2018)

• TS-54783, TS-54776 - TIBCO Spotfire now validates transferred content while opening or saving items in the Spotfire library as well as transferred data when using Information Services if both client and server supports that.
• TSDC-4701 - An error could occur when connecting to an Oracle database containing one or more stored procedures with IN/OUT REF CURSOR parameters.

TIBCO Spotfire 7.11.x

• TS-63687 - Mashups that opens multiple analyses simultaneously does not work in Chrome 83

TS_7.11.2.4 LTS HF-026: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: May 07, 2020)

•     TS-62630 - Robustness fix when importing data.
•     TS-63091 - Pasting single element in Fixed Value for a property control could lead to crash.
•     TS-63167 - Buttons in the filter panel were hidden.

TS_7.11.2.3 LTS HF-025: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: December 17, 2019)

• This hotfix corresponds to Service Pack version 7.11.2. If you apply this hotfix, there is no need to install Service Pack version 7.11.2.
• Note: There has been changes in functionality in version 7.11.2. You can read more about this in the TIBCO Spotfire Analyst 7.11.2 release notes, in the "Changes in Functionality" chapter.

TS_7.11.1.37 LTS HF-024: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: November 18, 2019)

• TS-61678 - Always show visualization toolbar when using touch input.
• TS-61804 - Poor performance when having a large number of interdependent calculated columns.

TS_7.11.1.36 LTS HF-023: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: October 25, 2019)

• TS-61365 - Fixed crash when saved login information cannot be read correctly in login dialog. Common problem on Citrix, when full read/write Windows user profiles are not used.
• TS-61399 - Part of header column in Cross Table is displayed when width is set to zero
• TS-61494 - Fixed handling of Chrome escaping of backslash when using tibcospotfire links

TS_7.11.1.35 LTS HF-022: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: September 24, 2019)

• TS-60880 - Exception thrown when importing certain excel files with custom header rows.
• TS-60974 - Support for iOS/iPadOS 13
• TS-61114 - Fixed a bug that could cause custom theme issues when opening analyses in Spotfire 10.x.

TS_7.11.1.34 LTS HF-021: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: July 30, 2019)

• TS-60536 - When inserting a specific calculated column in a specific analysis, Spotfire Analyst crashes.

TS_7.11.1.32 LTS HF-020: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: July 10, 2019)

• TS-60347 - It is now faster to filter in listbox filters with millions of string values.
• TS-60482 - Columns in Graphical Table can be reordered by dragging them.

TS_7.11.1.31 LTS HF-019: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: June 10, 2019)

• TS-59972 - When saving an analysis and embedding data with Automation Services, the Data Table Properties dialog didn't show the correct information until the file was reopened.
• TS-60095 - Error in cross table when calculating totals as the sum of cell values in combination with using multiple tables in the expression.
• TS-60112 - Text Area Item Slider does no longer grow outside of it's border when used on a touch device.
• TSAS-1045 - Automation Services jobs could fail with the error "Unresolved job id" in a multi server environment.

TS_7.11.1.30 LTS HF-018: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: April 10, 2019)

• TS-59624 - Crash when using trace logging and terr expression function at the same time.
• TS-59649 - Windows machines with FIPS compliance enabled cannot login when using web/OAuth2 authentication.

TS_7.11.1.29 HF-017: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: February 15, 2019)

• TS-59111 - Spotfire Analyst may terminate when client receiving invalid cookies in requests from server, other sources or from a proxy.
• TS-59292 - Export to PDF based on bookmark that triggers Python scripts may fail for analyses under scheduled updates
• TS-59324 - When a visualization legend has been resized to 0 width, it was not possible to resize it back.
• TS-59400 - Spotfire analyst may fail to start if there is a similar IronPython 2.7 already in the local GAC.
• TS-59430 - Spotfire Analyst may terminate when interacting with checkboxes in visualization properties (like Totals, Subsets, Error bars)

TS_7.11.1.28 LTS HF-016: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: February 15, 2019)

• TS-58826 - Crash when creating bookmark of hierarchy filter with expanded path that has been removed.
• TS-58865 - Incorrect culture applied in analysis when mexican spanish was set as language in iOS.
• TS-58876 - The web page 'Authentication Successful' shown when using web authentication or custom authentication is now shown in the correct language and with correct encoding of non English characters.
• TS-58898 - Crash when replacing data causes column to change datatype when that column is also used in an calculated column with an expression such as concatenate that requires the formatter of that column.
• TSDC-5328 - SparkSql connector: Filtering using values containing single quotes leads to query failure. String literal escaping was wrong.

TS_7.11.1.26 LTS HF-015: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: January 17, 2019)

• TS-58667 - Random crashes in ucrtbase.dll.
• TSDC-5299 - Listing databases while creating a MySql connection would fail with an error if the ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY SQL mode was activated.

TS_7.11.1.25 LTS HF-014: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: December 19, 2018)

• TS-58235 - PDF exports time outs are now handled more robustly.
• TS-58238 - Web player leaks .NET memory and GC Handles when simple analysis is updated by scheduled updates and Python script is frequently triggered.
• TS-58304 - Custom extension reading a selection from a DataFilteringSelection in an event handler can fail after deleting a data table.
• TS-58490 - Could not deploy a custom data source for Active Spaces due to a dependency to a specific version of log4net.
• TS-58510 - Application is now robust when changing to invalid document properties via Document Properties dialog.

TS_7.11.1.23 LTS HF-013: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: November 23, 2018)

• TS-57935 - Users needs to login again after closing the text area WYSIWYG dialog, when using Web Authentication.
• TS-57958 - Some iframe objects (such as pdf documents) embedded in WebPagePanel not visible after upgrade.
• TS-57993 - Long column names are not visible in 'Add Bin' dialog when inserting a binned column.
• TS-58002 - Using expressions referencing other axes, e.g. via ${Axis.X.Expression}, causes bookmark and copying/switching visualization functionality to fail.
• TS-58027 - Rare crash caused by race condition when running data heuristics on large string data.
• TS-58067 - Fixed auto/manual setting for filter creation when using AnalysisApplication.Open API method.

TS_7.11.0.82 LTS HF-006: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: June 08, 2018)

• TS-55266 - Crosstable and sort ignoring hierarchy and show top N values sorts the wrong order or crashes if column contains missing values
• TS-55356 - When data layers have no valid extent (e.g. data has not been geocoded) the map's visual extent was set to a minimum extent around the point with the coordinates 0,0 thus resulting in the map being zoomed in to the highest possible zoom level
• TS-55363 - Export to PDF (and generating preview) times out if text-area contains miniature visualization (Icon or Bullet Graph) and the resulting value of the visualization is empty.
• TS-55382 - Sometimes when closing closing TIBCO Spotfire analyst and exception occur similar to: System.AccessViolationException at Xilium.CefGlue.Interop.cef_browser_t.release(Xilium.CefGlue.Interop.cef_browser_t*))

TS_7.11.0.80 LTS HF-005: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: May 14, 2018)

• TS-54934 - Impossible to repair analysis when having inline scripts with errors in text area.
• TS-54929 - Performance issue in Web Player while selecting multiple objects on the feature / marker layer of map chart.
• TS-55018 - "Open in installed client" or "tibcospotfire" links fails in Chrome 64 or later (due to changes in Chrome behavior).
• TS-55101 - Unstable network conditions could cause analysis loading to fail with a confusing error message.
• TS-55159 - Bad query generated for on-demand when limiting data by active filtering.
• TS-55223 - Not possible to add Tags to data using drag and drop onto visualization.
• TS-55048 - Bundled TERR engine now upgraded to version 4.4.1.

• TS-53209 - Potential crash in Chi-Square data relationships calculation on filtered data.
• TS-53241 - Unable to open files with some calculated columns depending on multiple data functions.
• TS-53252 - NAD27 coordinates were being shifted.
• TS-53292 - Unable to connect to OData endpoint using https.
• TS-54747 - Crash, if a mashup creates multiple views and a data function updates the document simultaneously.
• TS-53294 - Analysis failed to open due to a combination of replacing data and having calculations referencing invalid calculated columns.

TS_7.11.0.76 LTS HF-003: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: March 21, 2018)

• TS-52951 - Improved performance in Edit Text Area when using lots of dynamic controls (Action control, Filter, Property Control or Dynamic Item).
• TS-53037 - Access keys for Asian languages are missing in many places.
• TS-53078 - Spotfire could crash during when closed via COM.
• TS-53135 - When upgrading from 7.6 or earlier, Spotfire could crash during startup on systems with non-elevated privileges.
• TSWP-12099 - Under certain conditions (running Kerberos, most RAM is in use, user initiated analysis load) loading a large analysis can fail with an UnauthorizedAccessException logged in the service log.
• TSDC-4610 - Unable to connect to PostgreSQL 10.x.
• TSDC-4608 - Unable to connect to an Oracle database containing one or more stored procedures with IN/OUT REF CURSOR parameters.

TS_7.11.0.73 LTS HF-002: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire® 7.11.x (Released: February 14, 2018)

• TS-52922 - Filtering of RowId() expression based calculated column using List Box filter gives wrong filtered output.
• TS-52446 - Custom Visuals can cause crash when saving/exporting analysis.
• TS-52548 - Spotfire can become unstable and crash instead of showing an error message, when attempting to Insert Columns with Too Deep join condition.
• TS-52674 - Visualizations does not use the sort order defined by the SSAS cube.
