  1. Are you using color schemes, or did you just assign colors within the visualization? Setting up Color Schemes helps maintain the colors for your visualization. Click on Help/Help Topics and look under the Index tab for "Color, color schemes" for more information.
  2. There are two types of Web Client users, Business Author and Consumer. A Business Author has the ability to create and edit analysis files, a Consumer can only look at an existing analysis file, they cannot create one or make changes to the structure of the file.
  3. You can use something like: if(find([Sample ID],"$map("${DataExclusions}", "&")")>0, "Yes", "No" ) then filter out all "No" records.
  4. If you go into Properties for your visualization and click on one of the Axis fields, then depending on the type of visualization you can right-click on the Columns field and select Custom Expression. From here you can create your expression that will work with any filters you set.
  5. You can vote for this suggestion here: https://ideas.spotfire.com/ideas/SPF-I-5123 There is also a workaround in the conversation that you might find helpful.
  6. We do not make turning off HTML sanitation an option in our hosted Spotfire Cloud environment, for security reasons.
  7. There doesn't seem to be a way to handle this in the base Spotfire program, I would encourage you to vote for this suggestion in our Ideas Portal. https://ideas.spotfire.com/ideas/SPF-I-4859
  8. Make sure you are creating the "new" grouping to apply colors based on those ranges:
  9. You should start by sending a request to sales@spotfire.com. This inbox is monitored and they can direct you to an appropriate sales entity. They do not monitor the Community site, so you'll need to contact them directly.
  10. Does the column have to be a String? If no, you can click on Data/Column Properties, highlight this column, then click on the Formatting tab. Select 'Currency' and check the "Use thousands separator" and Spotfire will re-format it as you have described above. If it needs to be a string, then you can use the Data/Transform data option with "Calculate and replace column" and "Change data type" transformations.
  11. This is obviously a simplified version of the actual problem you are trying to solve, but hopefully it won't take too many iterations to get to a solution. Using this example, I used a case() statement and the find() function to create a new column, which you can use as a filter: case when Find(DocumentProperty("your document property"),[ColA])>0 then "Yes" else "No" end as [Found] So if you select 'Banana' or 'Apple' in the document property then you'll have a new column called 'Found' that will show "Yes" or "No", then you can filter to only show "Yes" values.
  12. There doesn't seem to be a way to change the axis label in the manner described, I would encourage you to vote for this suggestion on our Ideas Portal: https://ideas.spotfire.com/ideas/TS-I-5417 That being said, a "maybe too simple" suggestion is to change the name of the column from [PR_AAI] to [Date] so that's what shows up in the visualization. If you are getting updated data from an outside source you can add a Transformation to "Change column names" so the name change is handled each time you update the data.
  13. The Ideas Portal for Spotfire enhancement requests has been separated into its own entity. Try this link: https://ideas.spotfire.com/ideas/SPF-I-76
  14. If the means values are in a table or column you can use 'Lines and Curves' under Properties to create the line, and specify the look of the line used to connect the points.
  15. No, there isn't a way for your PDF file to work with Spotfire actions. You would need to enter the information as an actual hyperlink to have it work in PDF.
