After Scheduled Update, Data Table is empty when Visualization has custom filters applied by user.

Hi All,

I am facing oneissue, but don't know how to resolve this. Below is the scenario details;

I have a Sotfire(10.10.1 LTS) Report with Scheduled Update every 30 minutes. There is no issues when Reports are opened in browser (FireFox) and user haven't madeany filter change. After every 30 minutes screen is getting refreshed as expected.

Now the problem is, when user apllied any filter in visualization, after ScheduledUpdate, there is nodata in data table and visualization is blank, again when user reset filters, data table showing data and visualization is visible again.

Can someone help
