How to add member to folder path in TIBCO Spotfire Analyst 10.4

Hello,

I managed to create a user group that has read only access to dashboards we publish. Two customers are not being able to get redirected to the dashboard location in the folder path of the libray even though they are members of this group.

They do not get any errors (related to permissions) but they fail to see the dashboard - meaning they don't seem to have access to that specific folder in the Spotfire Server library.

How can I make is so I can add manually said customers to that folder location

Attached is the options available to me under "tools", is there a "Library Administration" option i should be seeing

Yes, with the right license (TIBCO Spotfire Administrator -> Library Administration) there's also aLibrary Administration...option there.
