Arzu Mirzayev
UniqueCount( If(([CASE_TYPE_ID]=2 Or [CASE_TYPE_ID]=1) And [WITHIN_TIME_FRAME]=1 And [CASE_STATUS_ID]!=7 And [CONN_STATUS]=1, [CASE_ID], null)) / UniqueCount( If([CASE_STATUS_ID]!=7 And [CONN_STATUS]=1, [CASE_ID], null))as [Open WTF / All Pending] Why isn't this function giving the correct result It does not give errors, but as a result it does not take into account the internal conditions of the IF. Fabian Duerr
Without having a sample data set it's hard to tell... But you could create two calculated columns ('open wtf' and 'all pending') to get a better understanding on what's going on. Are the values what you expect Or create two visualizations with 'open wtf' and 'all pending' Simply break down your problem for further investigation.
