Can we use other visualizations while on demand table is being loaded (Spotfire 10.3)

Hello,

I have a report which has two data tables. The first one is loaded normally through information link and the second is an on demand table from another information link. I am using iron python script to trigger on demand table refresh which is invoked when an user selects required parameters/inputs that goes into on demand sql query. My question is: Whenever the on demand table refresh is triggered, I am unable to do any action on the report until the refresh is complete. Due to this, I have to wait for longer duration until refresh is complete. This limits the capability of navigating to other tabs where visualizationsbased on the first data table are present.

Is there a way we could doparallel operationsin spotfire, meaning using the report normally while on demand table refresh happens in the backgorund
