Installed Hotfix version

Hi,

How do I see the installed hotfix version in my spotfire system.

We are using 10.8 and the latest 2 versions of the hotfix version is below.

TS_10.8.0.74 HF-003: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire 10.8.x (Released: April 06, 2020)

TS_10.8.0.73 HF-002: Hotfix for TIBCO Spotfire 10.8.x (Released: March 12, 2020)

How can I verify which one is installed

There are a number ofways you could do that. Here are some examples:

 

You can e.g. easily find that information in TIBCO Spotfire Analyst, either from the Help menu > About TIBCO Spotfire, or by hovering over the "wireframe planet" icon in the bottom right of the window (screenshot below).

 

 

 

 

If you are insteadlooking at the server side, you could open the TIBCO Spotfire Server Administration UI in a web browser, and go to the Deployments & Packages page to look at the deployment in the product area of interest. In the list of Software packages, look for the version of the "Core" package.

 

HF-003 should be version 44.0.14702.5119

HF-002 should be version 44.0.14605.3877

Thanks Fredik for your response.

When I Looked at the server side, I see the version as44.0.14430.3578. Please seethe attached.

Not sure what version of hotfix is this

Also, Node manager version shows as56.0.9730.4505 under the software packages.

From the Spotfire Analyst Client, It displays 10.8.0 and not the hot fix version. Please see the attached.

Can you please comment on these
