Alert monitoring tool is not triggering email

I have configured Alertmonitoring rule and created an automation job. Automation job has 'Open Analysis from Library' and 'Alerting task' which has sender email account settings.

When I run this job , getting error as below.

Are you running locally or on the server

 

Also, has the dxp actually been saved down I ran into this issue. All reports / changes must be saved to the library before you can open up the "newest" version in Automation Services.
