Sridharan Soundararajan Posted August 26, 2020 Share Posted August 26, 2020 As per the attached screengrab, while a user is trying to extract data for Tickets Completed/Closed for a particular month they select the Start Date (1st of Month) & End Date (31st of corresponding month). We observed that the Start date is 1st of Month with timestamp as 00:00:00 Hours but when we select End Date , it picks 00:00:00 Hours again whereas the ask is for 23:59:59 for the End date. Fabian Duerr Posted August 26, 2020 Share Posted August 26, 2020 This is not really an error in the filter but more in the usage of this filter. ;) When you only select a date but no time then by default it seems to be 00:00:00.
