How to align the values in a CrossTable to be in the right-middle of the cell

I'm looking to align the values in a CrossTable in the "right-middle" of the cell instead of the default "right-top". For example, you are able to move the header's text up and down but you cannot do so (at least not through scripting) at the value (the numbers in the attached picture) level. Does anyone know an easy way to call the CrossTable and set the alignment via IronPython
