Analyst 10.4 Could not connect to Server

Hello,

 

I have this error while trying to reach my Spotfire Server.

--> server andautomation services are running properly

--> I already tried URL server on my browser, it works well.

 

Error message: Cannot connect to the specified server.

Before trying again, make sure that the server you connect to is a valid Spotfire server, that the server is running, and that you are connected to the network.

ManifestWebException at Spotfire.Dxp.Services:

Could not connect to server 'https://[server name]:port/' to download manifest. The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel. Contact the administrator to make sure that the SSL certificate has been installed. (HRESULT: 80131509)
