Hiding structure filters for specific tables

I have a Spotfire file with a few tables containing one or more columns with chemical structures. I would like to only display a speciifc structure filter and not structure filters for each table, but I can't find a way to hide the structure filters from specific tables without hiding the structure filter altogether. Is this possible

Note:

This is a Lead Discovery feature, not a normal Spotfire feature. I can't use the traditional Organize Filters function and I have tried a couple of different scripts that can hide filters in the normal filter pane but these do not seem to work on Structure Filters.
