How to set up Spotfire to execute Python from Anaconda Environment and launch Jupyter Notebook

This question relates to using yourown IDE for Python interpreter.

I wouldlike to understand how to launch the Jupyter Notebook to execute Pythonwithin the Anaconda enviroment.

I have tried to specify a file path in the Options> Data Functions menu (see attached capture) but that would not allow you to launch the anaconda prompt, activate the enviroment and/or launch Jupyter Notebook

How is this achieved or is it even possible
