Spotfire Analyst 10.3 gauge chart return "NaN" output

Hi,

I have created a gauge chart using HTML & Javascript and embedded in my DXPfile.

In general, the gauge charts able to display and refresh nicely when I tested it from my end (Spotfire analyst 10.3 & web player in my PC).

But when the users accessedfromtheir end(web-player) it will return "NaN" value plusthe gaugeis not working. (see attached pics)

I'm struggling to understand why it cannot display correctly from the user web-player Did verified all the calculated values are assigned correctly.

Probably someone who has experience with this couldhelp me to solve the problem. Thanks in advance!
