Trigger a snapshot of a chart from 3rd party software.

Hi,

We have a custom made shopfloor system and it has a scheduler to trigger and send email to users if certain measurement parameter is out of threshold. So, is there any possibility that before the system send out the alert email to users, it "communicate" with Spotfire to do a snapshot of that chart which we already display in one of the dashboard in Spotfire platform. and then attached that snapshot of that chart into the email before send out

This will provide a lot of user friedliness because users are able to see the value from the chart immediately.
