Sharepoint to Spotfire manipulating document libraries into lists

We are using ABBYY flexicapture to OCR operator reports and are successfully getting that data into Sharepoint. The problem being that we wanted the endgame to be that we could pull that data into spotfire which we saw that we could, but ABBYY out of the box for Sharepoint sets everything up as document libraries and not lists and I just read that the Sharepoint connector doesnt support anything but lists.

 

Has anyone had any experience with this and how did you manipulate your libraries to get them into lists so that you could consume the data in Spotfire. Urgent need is requested.
