Ryan James 3 Posted June 25, 2020 Share Posted June 25, 2020 How do I properly set up my SMTP email server for Spotfire Automation Services I tried following the Support Steps outlined fro Spotfire Server but it makes no mention of User Names and Passwords. I tried add them as follows in the attached image but then I get an error and automation services does not load at all. Please advise. Ryan James 3 Posted June 25, 2020 Author Share Posted June 25, 2020 The issue appeared to have been an ampersand (&) in the password which was throwing off the XML.
