david lopez
Hi, I'm just trying to show actual numbers at the top of a dashboard, I've got some basic employee data (it's dummy data) and I'm trying to show how many employees are "inactive" under the column "active status"and out of those "inactive"I'm trying to show the proportion of inactive by type. Essentially it would be someting like 114 inactive employees 77% vol. term 13% term for cause 9% future hire and I was thinking KPI chart could help with this but I can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
Kirsten Smith (she/her)
Unfortuantely your DXP file doesn't include the sample data. Please resave with data embedded so that we can take a look.

Kirsten Smith (she/her)
I see that you already had created new columns for Active and Inactive, so that was a good place to start. I just created a Calculated Value Document Property to sum up the Inactive total. The KPI chart is more for moving numbers. Since you seem to be looking at static numbers, I tried a few things, but the Graphical Table seemed to make the most sense. I created a new column for your percentages, then used that column in the table. I've attached an updated DXP file for you to look at.
