Color coding cross table rows

Hi All,

Is it possible to color code a cell value in a row by comparing it to the cell value of previous row in a cross table.

For example, in the below table Iwant to color code the value of ACT PDcell red if it isgreater than the cell valueof PDBM else it should be colored green.
