How to declare datatable in JS

I am trying to create bar chart with the help of JS.(Edit html>>JS). I know bar graph is already there in the tool, but I want to see how it work through JS.

I went to below code and and found that code is using csv file, but in spotfire we already have the datatable. I dont know how to define datatable instead of csv file in JS.
