The message continues as follows: NullReferenceException at Spotfire.Dxp.Data: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (HRESULT: 80004003) Stack Trace: at Spotfire.Dxp.Data.InformationModel.Parameter.AddLibraryDependencies(HashSet`1 dependencies) at Spotfire.Dxp.Data.InformationModel.InformationLinkElement.AddLibraryDependencies(HashSet`1 dependencies) at Spotfire.Dxp.Data.Import.InformationLinkDataSource.GetLibraryDependencies() at Spotfire.Dxp.Data.DataFlow.GetLibraryDependencies() at Spotfire.Dxp.Application.AnalysisApplication.AddDependencies(LibraryEntry entry, Document document) at Spotfire.Dxp.Application.AnalysisApplication.SaveAs(LibraryEntry entry, Document document, LibraryItemMetadataSettings metadataSettings, DocumentSaveSettings saveSettings) at Spotfire.Dxp.Forms.Application.FileUserActions.c__DisplayClass44_0.b__0() at Spotfire.Dxp.Forms.Application.FormsProgressService.ProgressThread.DoOperationLoop() I have saved/published similiar analysis with no issue. Manoj Singh Posted May 22, 2020 Share Posted May 22, 2020 You can give a try to the following things: 1) Restart the Spotfire server service and test the things. 2) Check the space present on the Spotfire database machine and also check the Server.log file for more information. 3) If still issue persists, apply the latest available Spotfire Server and Analyst hotfix at your end.
