Camelia Mocanu
Hi, I am a new user in spotfire, so I am not entirely sure if I am doing something wrong or there is a problem with the software. I am trying to display some data suign a scatterplot, and the way it is shown in the programme is with this weird black dots. However, when I export the visualisation it is properly shown as it should be (with the gradient bluedots). I have no idea how to make the programme show it the same way. Thanks in advance. Donald Johnson
This question is re-opened for @cm636 . Who posted: I have found the issue and a solution. The issue occurs when Spotfire is forced to use a dedicated GPU to render 3D visuals, among which both are 2D and 3D scatterplots. Restoring the machine's 3D settings to allow the application (Spotfire) to autoselect how it renders 3D resolved the issue for me.
