Version control in Spotfire

Hi Folks

I am aware that version control is not available in Spotfire as of 10.3 LTS. I want to know how Spotfire teams in other companies managing versions for their dxp files.

How we do is - We save the dxp in the library with suffix version number but you know this isn't really the way.

Please share your thoughts and practices.
