Sidney Sparks Posted March 27, 2020 Share Posted March 27, 2020 I'm pretty new to Spotfire and have tranditionally used JMP/Excel in the past for analysis. I need to bring some datasets into Spotfire and I was wondering if I should average and get error in Excel prior to Spotfire. Basically I have at least 3 replicates of all data collected and each of these corresponds to a timepoint. I have anywhere between 4 and 50 timepoints with 2-10 conditions tested in these timepoints.
