For that, you need to run your Spotfire Server service with the account having at least read access to the database. https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSMKFH/com.ibm.apmaas.doc/in... After that, set up a datasource in Information Designer and make sure to include 'integratedSecurity=True' in the connection string.
