Export to PPT gets stuck on one page

Export to PPT functionality is not working because of one page in visualization. The main issue is this ppt getting stuck at one page is not occurring on all the machines. Only someusers are facing this issue.

If you are on supported version, you can raise support case to investigate on this issue as more information is required to troubleshoot
