how to separate sector size by two different values of same project.

project has three values like total amount, purchase amount, discount amount. in the pie chart (purchase amount, discount amount) is shown inside. and total amount is shown as outline of the pie chart. please let me know if any possibilities to do this. thanks in advance. kindly refer the attachment for further details.

This will depend on how your dataset is. Based on only one row provided, I came up with below pie chart that you can achieve in spotfire. You cannot place total value outside pie but can provide it in trellis.
