SpotFire: How to create a filter to select only the columns (and NOT the specific values in columns)

Hi,

I imported several columns from a database.

I create different visualization (bar chart, and so on)

I want to create a filter in a Text area to selectthe columns i want to show in all the visualization.

My issue is that the filters (list box, drop down list, and so on) allow only to selectspecific values in one column. I did not find a filter to show/hide one or more columns.

For example: I want to filter Column1 (and not only value A in Column1)

You can create dynamic property control > Multiselect list box > Column selection and then trigger iron python script to add/remove columns dynamically from table plot. In other plots, you can just add this property in custom expression of X-axis
