Global formatting when using mutliple scales on the y-axis

Hi there,

we have a scatter plot where we are plotting a param_value for different parameters and we're trellising by the param_name. Since the different parameters produce very different values we have to use multiple y-scales. Now I configure to use short number format on some parameters and a user selects to plot different parameters this setting is lost.

Since there are thousands of parameters with new ones coming in regularly I can't possibly go through all of them and change the formatting for all of these axes individually as shown in the screen shot below.

Is there a way to set e.g. short number format for multiple scales such that no matter which parameters is selected this is applied

Thanks,

Mark

Your Y-axis settings would not be lost if Y-axis has static label and only values are changing. If Y-axis expression is changed using any document property then you can configure to set formatting through iron python script whenever value changes.

You can alter it for scatter plot.
