job build task execution has been status "Loading Application"

Hi supporter,

Would you help this issue, pls

I've made job build task to run on spotfire server 7.11. This taskworked when runninglocally. But, it had been in status "Loading Application" till "Cancel"is clicked.

Thelog file of automation service showthis taskwas queued, and in progress.

The log file of spotfire show this task(the same id) show it's been submitted. Access.log file show this job id repeated.

What's the problem, or how to trace the root causes

Can you raise support case for this issue. It seems this issue needs to be investigated to see if any external component is affecting this behavior.
