Change language of titles and axis legends using a kind of locale configuration.

Is there an easy of maintenance way to configure the language in the descriptions and titles of plots

I found this way to deal with it:https://community.spotfire.com/questions/how-can-i-change-my-title-and-axis-names-when-i-change-my-language-using-drop-down-list

but this should be done for every plot and would be hard to maintain in a big/complex dashboard.

Hope there is a solution based on configuration.
