K Rojas
Hello, I am working on a comparison where I take a client and allow that client to compare itself to the industry. This is done by having one table with client data and another with industry data. I create a relationship by matching several columns. Problem is that in a stacked bar chart showing percentages, if the client is the only one with that combination of dimensions, it matches itself, so it always shows a 50%/50% split for the column. Each row does have an unique identifier. So, if I were working in SQL, I would limit the industry data to only rows not matching the IDs in the client table, then build the relationship in spofire by matching columns. Is there a way to implement something like the SQL solution Hopefully this was clear, but I'd be happy to clarify further. Thanks for any assistance. Tyger Guzman 2
You could try a join in spotfire on your unique ID and columns with Null don't have a match. Or Combine both data sets and use a calulated column to identify duplicates : If(Rank(Baserowid(),"asc",[myGroup1],[myGroup2],[myGroup3])=1,"First row of group","Duplicate")
