TIBCO cannot find function "TERR_Integer" (when using SQL Remote connection)

Hello, I am trying to add clustering on one of our Map charts following this exampleClustering markers on maps with TIBCO Spotfire. However, when I use this expression in my Marker By setting:

 

It complains that it cannot find "TERR_Integer":

 

 

 

I have to note that I am using a SQL Remote connection to get the analysis data. Is there something that I am missing

 

Note: I have noticed that there are no terr functions available when I look for "TERR" inside the "Custom Expression" window:

TERR functions would not be available for External data. You can check whether you have external data or imported data by going to Data > Data Table Properties > go to respective data table, Is there any text mentioned like "External Data used in analysis"
